Ronnie Beevor
Non-Executive Chairman

Ronnie has over 40 years’ experience in investment banking and mining. He was Head of Investment Banking at Rothschild Australia between 1997 and 2002. Since then, he has been Chair or a Non-Executive director of a range of mining companies, both in Australia and internationally. Ronnie is currently Chair of Bannerman Energy, which holds the large Etango uranium deposit in Namibia.

Joseph Webb
Executive Director

Joe has more than 20 years’ international experience in the resources industry. He is a founder and Director of MDF Global which spans precious and base metals assets globally. Joe has held previous commercial roles in Rio Tinto and executive and operations roles across the full mining life cycle. He is experienced across multiple commodities including gold, copper, iron-ore and nickel as well as M&A, capital raising and IPOs.

Mark Strizek
Non-Executive Director

Mark Strizek has more than 27 years’ experience in the resource industry having worked as a geologist on various gold, base and technology metal projects. Mark brings invaluable geological, technical, and development expertise to Felix, recently overseeing Tietto Minerals’s transition from IPO to first gold production at the Abujar Gold Project in West Africa. Mark has worked as an executive with management and Board responsibilities in exploration, feasibility, finance and development-ready assets across Australia, West Africa, Asia and Europe.

Andy Browne
Non-Executive Director

Andy is a geologist with over 48 years of global experience in minerals exploration and evaluation. Andy was the team leader in discoveries of gold, mineral sands and uranium, including NexGen’s giant Arrow uranium deposit discovery in Canada. Andy brings proven ore body finding expertise to the Felix Board.

Rebecca Gower
Exploration Manager

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the exploration industry across various locations including Canada, the USA, Uruguay, and Australia. Her involvement spans all aspects of exploration, ranging from grassroots exploration to resource definition, with a wealth of experience in gold, copper, nickel, and platinum. Rebecca brings her well-established exploration skills to the Felix operations team in Alaska.

Craig McPherson
Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Craig has over 20 years of commercial and financial management experience including an extensive period within the mining and resources sector in Australia and Overseas.

Craig has held various executive roles with ASX and TSX listed companies within the resources sector over the past 15 years as Chief Financial Officer, Director and Company Secretary. These roles aided in the development of a comprehensive understanding of business and provided exposure to management and oversight of significant corporate transactions (M&A), acquisitions and divestments, financing initiatives, and stock exchange listings
